Description (partial)

Symptom:
In a Nexus 600x/5600, an ASIC might be declared faulty due to incorrect ECC error handling by NX-OS. Messages such as following will be seen

%NOHMS-2-NOHMS_DIAG_ERROR: Module 1: Runtime diag detected major event: Forwarding ASIC failure: Ethernet1/37 Ethernet1/38 Ethernet1/39 Ethernet1/40 Ethernet1/41 Ethernet1/42 Ethernet1/43 Ethernet1/44 Ethernet1/45 Ethernet1/46 

Conditions:
ECC error seen on affected ASIC

Nexus 5548UP Runtime diag detected major event: Fabric port failure
I got the following error all of a sudden. It appears 2 last interfaces have hardware failure. Anyone has experience recovering from this besides sending back the switch?
