Known Affected Releases
Symptom: PBR punt all matched packet to RP, which probably cause RP cpu high. Conditions: 1. PBR set ip next-hop recursive, and 2. the next-hop ip has loadbalance output route. After once loadbalance output route flapping(remove, and then add), PBR's status could not recover and punt all packet to RP.
