Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When searching for contacts within the dial pad using the arrow keys, the vertical scroll bar does not move. This keeps contacts that are lower in the dial pad from being visible during a search. When using the mouse to scroll through contacts in the dial pad the application behaves as expected.

Conditions:
Unable to scroll through contacts within the dial pad using the down arrow key on the keyboard.

1) Highlight an active call and select from any of the call control actions (Transfer, Consult Transfer, Conference, etc.)
2) When the dial pad pops up, begin searching the directory
3) When multiple contacts are present in the directory, attempt to scroll through the contacts using the down arrow on the keyboard.

The down arrow allows you to navigate to the contacts visible with in the dial pad. Once you navigate to the last visible contact within the dial pad, the vertical scroll bar will not move when the down arrow key is used to view contacts that are not visible within the dial pad.
