Description (partial)

Symptom:
If a job group is set to rerun the same instance, and the individual job in the group is cancelled, the rerun count will increase with the next attempted run by the group, even though the job never attempted to launch

Conditions:
Rerunning job group with an individual job defined that does not rerun, and is cancelled in the schedule.
