Symptom:
TES 6.2.1.50
Java Client

Reproduce:
=========
1) open Java Client
2) create 2 Jobs, "A" and "B"
3) set ""B" dependent on "A" (e.g., status=completed normally)
4) edit the dependency in "B"
5) select "Match Occurrence"
6) observe (Occurrence) "Offset" remains editable
7) observe "Date Offset" is grayed out (un-editable)
8) recreate in Web Client and observe normal behavior
