Description (partial)

Symptom:
When joining two calls using the keyboard shortcut (as opposed to right-click menu or Call Controls menu), the calls join on the physical phones, but they don't join in the application. If you try to end the call from the console after joining the call, you'll see an error: Call Control Action Not Successful: There was an error in performing call control action.

Conditions:
1. Place call into operator extension. Answer call.
2. Place second call into same operator extension. Answer call.
3. Ctrl+click unselected call so that both calls are selected
4. Use the keyboard shortcut to Join calls (default = Ctrl+J)

you'll see that the calls are joined on the physical phones, but they still appear as two separate calls in the application. Now try performing an action on one of the calls from the console (like ending the call). You'll receive an error (see screen shot).

The following call controls cannot be executed EVEN AFTER THE JOINED CALLS ARE CLEARED FROM THE CALLING PHONES until the application is restarted:

    disconnect call from call control window
    counter is not displayed
    Park the call
    Resume call from Hold
    Answer an incoming call
    All the calls with-in the callhistory section are displayed as Dialed
