Description (partial)

Symptom:
VLAN configuration lost when reloading SG200.

Conditions:
When connected to a Catalyst 6500 and we configure the sg200 switch with vlan1 on ports 2-8. After a reboot is performed the switch reverts the vlan to 10 on ports
2-8.  Switch running 1.0.7.4
