Symptom:
aipc_proxy process uses shared memory to save the inter-process connection information in order to recover the connection state after restart. Sometimes when the crash occurs the shared memory is rendered in inconsistent state which causes the aipc_proxy to crash again after restart. When aipc_proxy crashes it affects application running on RP/LC communicating with another application running on another RP/LC.
