Description (partial)

Symptom:
Pulling the DHCP v4 failover data on the regional server results in a server crash.

Conditions:
This occurs because the replica DB for one or more clusters contains invalid objects. This can occur when local clusters are "rebuilt" and the replica data isn't properly re-synchronized.
