Description (partial)

Symptom:
After installation of second Finesse server (Secondary),  Finesse does not come into service

Conditions:
The Openfire passphrase file is missing, and this prevents Finesse from connecting to Openfire (Notification Service).

The following is seen in the Finesse webservices logs:

%[ERROR_DESCRIPTION=PropertyManager.readFromFile(): Unable to find the openfire passphrase file][exception=java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/cisco/desktop/openfire/passphrase (No such file or directory)]: File Operation Exception occurred. ; Resolution requires Cisco TAC to be contacted.

UCCX Finesse
Hi, The UCCX Pub is up and running. Utils list services shows all services running but when agents want to log into the Finesse, a message stating the Finesse server is out of service but I see the Finesse service shows IN Service. When the UCCX pub is up and running Finesse shows all CSQs and works perfectely well. As soon as the Pub goes down and the system fails over the Sub, none of the CSQ is displayed on the Finesse page.
