Description (partial)

Symptom:
Clients are shown with "ip address unknown" and state "dhcp required" in "show client details" output, even though that those clients are able to forward traffic over wireless normally. During the client status is DHCP_REQ, thosse clients are able to forward traffic, but DHCP_REQ timeout occurs after a while. When the timeout occurs, client will be deauthenticated and it need to reassociate.

Conditions:
WLC running 8.0.100.0 and affected clients are all connected to flexconnect APs with central auth but local switching
