Description (partial)

Symptom:
Prime Collaboration may not generate Service Quality alerts for poor quality calls, as per defined thresholds

However, if a report is run for the calls in question, the poor MOS score or the like will be shown

Conditions:
This issue potentially affects all current Prime Collaboration versions up to and including 10.5.1

When either:

Alarm & Event Setup > Threshold Settings > Sensor Call Quality Settings
and/or
Alarm & Event Setup > Threshold Settings > CDR Call Quality Settings

Has one or more Device Types and/or Clusters used for filtering
