Description (partial)

Symptom:
Device 360 view and quick view pop up doesn't close in Alarms&Events

Conditions:
Steps to reproduce :

1. Navigate to Operate --> Alarms & Events 

2. Click on Alarms tab, select any alarm,  click on quick view present beside alarm name in alarm name column, a pop up gets open with alarms details. Now click on some blank space in UI or navigate to any of the device group in Device Group table, this quick view still remains, although we navigated to some device group, etc. It should get close as and when any action navigation happens or clicking on some other space in UI.

3. Click on Alarms tab, select any alarm,  click on Device 360 view present beside device IP in device ip column, a pop up gets open with device 360 view details. Now click on some blank space in UI or navigate to any of the device group in Device Group table, this device 360 view still remains, although we navigated to some device group, etc. It should get close as and when any action navigation happens or clicking on some other space in UI.

Please check and fix the issue for both Alarms  and Events tabs, as same thing happens in events tab also.
