Symptom: RIDC stopped working intermittently when End Dialer Call from calling RIDC or if RIDC is being shut downed during a Dialer Call. Conditions: Steps ----------- - Make an IDC Dialer call to another IDC Dialer or to an IP phone - End the Dialer Call from caller RIDC or Shut down the calling RIDC while the Dialer call is active - Sometime the RIDC Stops working or if RIDC is being shut downed IDC.exe crashes and does not exit gracefully.
