Symptom:
EC WUI when remains idle for atleast 5 mins but less than the EC timeout(30mins) then many issues are observed on the WUI. The following are some issues when the WUI remians idle for 5mins:

1) Buttons do not perform their function (i.e. save does not save, add does not open "Add" page, etc)
               a) Navigate to EC -> Source
                b) Filter and select and source. Click Edit
                c) Make changes to any field
                d) Wait at least 5 minutes but no longer than 30
                e) Click Save
Then you will see that the save button does not save any changes it just reloads the page.

2) Blank page when navigating to another page
                a) Navigate to EC -> Bandwidth Allocation
                b) Wait at least 5 minutes but no longer than 30
                c) Navigate to Application interface Modules -> Channel Maps
Then you will see that a blank page is displayed instead of channel maps page.

3)"Index" page displayed after searching
                a) Navigate to EC -> Reports
                b) Select DHCT Report
                c) If no data is present, click Run Report
                d) Wait at least 5 minutes but no longer than 30
                e) Enter a search item and hit enter
Then you will see that an Index page is displayed instead of result.

4)There was also an issue with the EAS Message WUI. After 5 minutes idle, select an event code. Just under the event code, some text is displayed.

Note: If the EC's you are testing are regionalized on the ECS then the SSO should be disabled on the ECS to reproduce this issue. Customer have also tested in the same environment where they have disabled SSO on their ECS while testing this.
