Description (partial)

Symptom:
Can't exit application while access to special PhoneIconFileMenu

Conditions:
Can't exit application while access to special PhoneIconFileMenu.
Steps:
1. Provision following service:
http://10.74.63.66:8080/test/iconfilemenu2.jsp
2. Access application via phone UI, enter Mic On.
Observed Result: No soft key display, no way to exit application. Need to reset phone.
