Description (partial)

Symptom:
Bundle ether interface with 100G/10G partners flaps and any subinterfaces configured experience a flap as well.

Conditions:
Router must have configuration that supports bundle members on different slices and LCs. [100G member from slot 1/slice 1 in this case and 10g member fro slot6/slice 4]. VRF interfaces must be configured under another slice on LC which hosts a member bundle.

removing vrf configuration and associated interface in one single commit was resulting flapping of mix bw bundle.
