Description (partial)

Symptom:
Time zone set for users with Mailboxes get changed to a different Timezone.

Conditions:
CUC has an internal timezone related data which maps Timezones with unique numbers. This timezone related mapping may change in new releases of CUC. If a user with mailbox has set a particular timezone say Pacific Time Zone (for example PST -> 10001 and EST -> 10002) , whose mapping has been modified in upgraded version of CUC (for example PST -> 10000 and EST -> 10001), then post upgrade user timezone will be changed from Pacific Time to Eastern Time
