Navigation Eror when filter Table input for matching case dsnt contain %

Steps to repro:

1) Go to any page that has a filter table. eg:Devices
2) click on the filter table icon
3) set the drop down value to "like" for any parameter
4) give an option which is either similar to or not similar to the options. Here in this case, device drop down has been set to LIKE and in the text box, we will take first word of the online device "sanity-edge" and put "sanity" WITHOUT the % which is used to match/search patterns.
5)now we click on submit. We will get a form that says search result has not found any matches.
6)click on devices again. 

We see that clicking on devices (in this example) does not show us the device page. 

Clicking on devices tab should take us to the devices page.
