Description (partial)
Symptom:When we default the lo0 interface at BC which is used to exchange the packets with OC master. The BC goes to HOLDOVER but it is not sending its default clock class towards the down stream. Hence OC slave still continue to lock with BC which is in HOLDOVER. BC is not updating the ALARMs at show ptp port running. Conditions:Defaulting the loopback interface of PTP.
