Description (partial)

Symptom:
vPC LACP port in "primary, operational secondary" switch goes to hot-standby after changing vPC domain id, because  vPC system MAC in LAG-ID on "secondary, operational primary" switch is not changed even after changing vPC domain id.

Conditions:
changing vPC domain id in "primary, operational secondary" switch.
The issue can be recreated by the following steps:
i) shutdown all ports on the secondary switch (N5K-2)
ii) modify vPC domain id (10-->1) in the N5K-2
iii) shutdown all ports on the primary switch (N5K-1)
iv) no shutdown all ports on the N5K-2
v) modify vPC domain id (10-->1) in the N5K-1
vi) no shutdown vPC peer-link and keep-alive on the N5K-1
vii) no shutdown the rest of ports on the N5K-1
