Known Affected Releases
Symptom: J4A should show correct alert while no BOT device configured on CUCM Conditions: Firstly, Jabber just show hint "Cannot connect to Phone Services. Check your server address, or try again later. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator." while no device configured "NoDeviceConfigured", and auto reconnect with every 3 minutes. Currently, Just correct to hint "Failed to get device configuration." and do not auto connect again with 3 minutes. The behavior is same as iOS.
