Description (partial)

Seen on NX-7000 system when l2pt is running, port channels are configured

Symptom:
Memory seen to dwindle by 238 bytes for every port channel state change message received on in the process

Conditions:
1) port channels experience state change in way of UP/DOWN 2) l2pt is configured and running
