Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber for Windows upgrade encounter the below error.

"Product: Cisco Jabber -- Error 2753. The File 'wbxcoiex.exe.FF7F3174_4C22_4C49_8AA0_8C53A41D0F6F' is not marked for installation"

Conditions:
-Reported for upgrades between all versions of Jabber clients (9.1.x, 9.2.x, 9.7.x and 10.5) in both silent and direct upgrade mode.

-Observed in Windows 7 (32 bit and 64 bit)

-Not always reproducible
