Description (partial)

Symptom:
.The Unity Connection Design Guide describes a scenario where multiple users can share the same extension by using a Routing Rule to match on the Phone System where the call comes into Unity Connection.

The Routing Rule will then set the Search Space which contains the Partition of the user which is called.

If this is configured as described in the documentation, the From: field of any messages left will always contain the user's name which is contained in the Search Space set in the Routing Rule matching the Called User's Phone System.

This will not be the desired behavior for cases where the called party's Search Space contains a partition with a user with the same extension as the calling party. The From field will contain the Called party Search Space's user instead of Calling party Search Space's user.

Conditions:
There are no conditions. This affects all versions of Unity Connection.
