Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customers are not able to create Data Adapters using their own DSN.

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow the steps to create a new JDBC connpool connection per the Administrators Guide to Data Adapters.

2. Restart eGain service.

3. Go to the Admin console and try to create a new JDBC data access link using your newly created DSN. The one you created will not show up in the list.
