Description (partial)

Non disruptive ISSU fails with the reason code 0x4093003B (maximum downtime exceeded)

Seen in Nexus 5500, 6000 and 5600 series switches with FC/FCoE enabled. This bug can be seen if FSPF process does not come back online within time after a non disruptive ISSU upgrade

I have come across this bug when I upgraded a Nexus5596UP Switch from version 7.0(8)N1(1) to version 7.1(4)N1(1).  Can someone explain what is meant in the bug description details when it states the following: Further Problem Description: Note that this bug fix is required both in starting version and target version. So just having the fix in target version alone is not enough to avoid running into this defect. My switch is currently with version 7.1(4)N1(1) and part of the output from the sh version ...
