Description (partial)

Symptom:
LCC : Manage Trace Template not showing scroll bar properly.

Conditions:
Actual behavior :
1.	Navigate to Operatev--> LCC
2.	Select a template from manage trace template, we can see scroll bar at the right side for components is visible properly.
3.	Now select advance filter option, and we can see scroll bar for components is not visible properly, what we mean by that is down point of the scroll bar is not visible.

Expected behavior :
1.	Navigate to Operate --> LCC
2.	Select a template from manage trace template, we can see scroll bar at the right side for components is visible properly.
3.	Now click on advanced filter option, scroll bar should be visible properly to the end user, till the end for all components, which is not happening right now as mentioned in actual behavior.

ISSUE STILL PERSIST : Added additional description below.

Steps to Reproduce :
1. Navigate to Operate --> LCC
2. Click on Manage Trace Template
3. Select a template from manage trace template window.
4. Click on Advanced Filter. Till this step vertical scroll bar seems fine.
5. Now close manage trace template window.
6. Click on Manage Trace Template Window
7. We can see vertical scroll bar is not showing properly in collect trace table.
8. Close advanced filter , then also it is not showing vertical scroll bar properly.

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Navigate to Operate --> LCC
2. Click on Manage Trace Template button
3. Select Advanced Filter in Collect trace table, till this step table looks fine and vertical scroll bar also looks fine.
4. Now close Advanced Filter by clicking on filter icon, at this step we can see, table moves upward and blank space remains at the bottom.

ISSUE STILL PERSIST(3rd Nov 2014)
Issue : Vertical Scroll bar is not visible properly, when clicking on "+" icon in advanced filter for adding more filters.
