Description (partial)

Symptom:
After picking and ending the incoming call while Music is played in background music is not resuming automatically, needs to resume manually.

Observed with speaker/USB/BT/3.5mm headsets mode

Conditions:
1. Make sure endpoint has some music/mp3 files 
2. Play music through PlayMusic app on endpoint
3. Answer an incoming call 
4. End the call
