Description (partial)

If a static route is configured for a connected ip using the outgoing interface, the route is installed as STATIC in the routing table.

However, if we also have a NAT overload statement for that ip, it creates an alias entry for that ip address as soon the NAT entry is used and thus, the STATIC route in RIB converts to LOCAL and thus, is not advertised via any dynamic routing protocol.

1. Static route for a connected ip.
2. NAT overload statement for the same ip.
3. The issue is observed in all 15.2 (M and T) and higher IOS releases. Not observed on 15.1 IOS releases.
