Description (partial)

Symptom:
During transfer scenario using standard transfer button, after entering the number and hit Dial, the Dial action gets renamed to Transfer without receiving ring back.

The above goes opposite to what is documented on the CAD User Guide, and could cause PIM to reject the transfer if the Transfer button is pressed prior the ring back is received.

Conditions:
Issue can be seen on standard CAD installation with a call already established, and trying to transfer it to another number.
