Description (partial)

Symptom:
CMTS may crash while sync more than 7 IPv6 addresses under one CPE with ACL name configured for CM.

ACL name CLI:
NS-16#cable modem 1.1.1 access-group ?
  <1-199>  IP access list (standard or extended)
  WORD     Access-list name

Conditions:
CPE online get more than 7 IPv6 addresses, and also configured a ACL name, without ACL number. 
Then CLC HA, DCC, PRE HA would cause crash.
