Description (partial)
Symptom: While performing ISSU, input discards are seen on interfaces carrying FCoE traffic. Conditions: This is seen on N7k F2E linecards in an FCoE multihop environment, with long-distance(2km or greater) links. Custom QoS service-policy is applied to these FCoE multi-hop interfaces ISSU from 6.2(2) to 6.2(8a)
