Description (partial)

Symptom:
We are not able to install the call on the standby because while installing the call on we are not able to find the dynamic rule assigned for this call. In this case, the following messages are displayed on Standby chassis.

We have similar DDTS CSCui97041, but it's for Active chassis. This DDTS CSCuq92070 is for standby chassis of ICSR.
