Description (partial)

Symptom:
On F2/F3 cards, at the tunnel termination point, the frames are replicated further towards the trunk interfaces. As the bug describes, the default CoS value will not be retained (what was set in tunnel head end) and instead would be observed to be 0.

Conditions:
The frames as observed on a downstream trunk port at the point of tunnel termination.
