Description (partial)

On varying volume level from USB headset volume neither volume progress bar is seen nor volume level is updated on endpoint.

If we tap on volume soft key on endpoint USB volume level is disabled/grayed out. Screen shot attached for the same.

1. Connect USB headset to endpoint which has volume control keys 
2. Establish an active call
3. Now vary volume from USB headset during active call
