Description (partial)

Symptom:
I make 5 wrong login attempts and system goes to quiet mode. Here in quiet mode, again 5 wrong login attempts is made, block-for timer is resetted. But from 6th attempt, for every wrong login attempt there is a reset of timers for "login block-for". To put it in other words, in quiet mode my understanding is there should be reset of timers in 5th wrong attempt, likewise on 10th attempt, 15th attempt etc. But what I notice is after the first reset, the timer keeps reseting for every wrong password configured.

Conditions:
When we have configured Secure login feature and ACL allow us to login in Quiet mode.
