Description (partial)

End user can still see the option to add "Single Number Reach for Dual Mode Phone" from Self Care Portal even if we set the enterprise parameter on CUCM >  Self Care Portal Parameters >  Show My Additional Phones to false.

As per the Description of the Parameter
Show My Additional Phones:   This parameter determines whether or not the option to access Remote Destinations and Access Lists appears on the Cisco Call-Manager Self Care (UCMUser) application. If the user's current device supports the Remote Destinations and Access Lists feature, the user can view the configure Remote Destination and Access Lists for that device.

We can make the option disappear  or grayed out so that Admin and End user does not get confused.
