Cisco Bug: CSCuq91381 - PBR should prevent attaching route-maps with both v4 & v6 pbr sequence

Last Modified

Feb 16, 2018

Products (1)

  • Cisco Nexus 7000 Series Switches

Known Affected Releases

6.2(10)S74

Description (partial)

Symptom:the programming in hardware is incorrect if v4 and v6 statements are used in a single route-map attached at pbr.

Conditions:When a route-map attached in pbr contains both v4 and v6 statements.

For eg. If a route-map abc is attached for pbr in an interface via ' ip policy route-map abc' then it cannot contain 'set ipv6 ' statements. Only 'set ip' statements can be configured in the route-map. Similarly if a route-map is attached at an interface for pbr via 'ipv6 policy route-map <>' then it cannot contain 'set ip ' statements as they correspond to v4.
