Description (partial)

Symptom:
In PNSC the UUID is changing and getting updated to UUID.BIOS however UUID on VSM is VC.UUID

This happens when a VM is moved or power cycled this issue can occur.

If this happens PNSC loses view of the VM and the Security Profile applied. This can cause the VM to lose connectivity and all packets to be dropped through filtering.

Conditions:
each VM has two UUIDs:
-UUID.bios
-VC.UUID

Normally we can see under the Vethernet port that VM is connected and on the PNSC that UUID is matched and there is no issue. We should see that this UUID under the VM at Resource Management>Vm Managers is VC.UUID

Moving or powering on the VM can cause this issue to occur.
