Description (partial)

After Enabling EM/MU from cucm, endpoint displays blank screen on tapping EM section to login under settings tab

1. Enable EM/MU from cucm to an endpoint and Save-> Apply config-> Reset- Restart from cucm
2. Click on Extension Mobility tab to sign-in with new user under Settings tab from endpoint
