Description (partial)

Symptom:
When receiving a call, a maximized Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) window is automatically resized.

Conditions:
1. The CAD window is maximized at the time of the new call 
2. Following macro is in use : 

[APPLICATION:AGENT_DESKTOP=RESERVED - CISCO AGENT DESKTOP]
[CONTROL] E
[ENTER]
