Description (partial)

Symptom:
cust is using two N7K as vpls peers, Please see attached topo. 

When the access-switch connecting to N7K floods the packet to all interface except the one on which
its received on then N7K too get a copy of the packet and resends back the same packet making the source
mac of the packet to be learnt on interface going to N7Ks on access switch which causes mac flap and traffic
loss untill the devices sends packet again and correct the learning.

Conditions:
N7K connecting to same vlan
