Description (partial)

Symptom:
QoS is disabled on PG, but QoS policies on Router for PG connection are not deleted.  

If the Router/PG connections are made, and happen to have the same dynamic port on the PG machine, the packets sent to the PG on this connection will have DSCP markings when they should not.

Conditions:
QoS was enabled on PG, and is subsequently disabled.
