Description (partial)

When using Jabber for Windows 10.5 there is a small corner case where the call popout window causes loss of call control.  The following is this specific flow:

1) Caller A calls into Jabber.  
2) Jabber begins to transfer CallerA to CallerB.
3) Jabber places CallerB on hold (both CallerA and CallerB are on hold at this point)
4) Jabber hits the "pop out" icon on the call window.  

At this point the call control icons completely disappear and Jabber is unable to retrieve/hangup on either call.  Jabber is even unable to close the window to hangup.  Popping the call window back does not help either.
