Description (partial)
Symptom: When using Jabber for Windows and either Transfer / Conference, you are unable to retrieve the original party when secondary call is still active. So essentially you are unable to switch between active calls at this point. To summarize the following occurs: 1) UserX receives an inbound call from CallerA 2) UserX speaks to CallerA and then decides to transfer the call to callerB 3) Once he select transfer option, callerA is placed on hold and a new call to callerB is made 4) At this point, if UserX needs to speak to CallerA again, he is not able to go back to him unless he hangs up on caller B. This is an enhancement request to allow this feature to work for both Conference and Transfer Conditions: None
