Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer has an FTP Job where on the Run tab they tried to inherit the Agent and User information. Using the Web Client the Agent and local User are populated and grayed out (customer observation: in 5.3 the FTP User is grayed out, not local User, but local User makes sense). When customer populates the FTP host and FTP User and saves the Job, then goes back into the Job, the FTP User is removed and must be filled back in before any other changes to the job can be applied.

When looking at the same Job in the Java Client, the local host is missing. Clicking inherit in the Java Client does not populate the check box, does not populate the local host and inherits the wrong local User.

Conditions:
TES 6.2.1

Recreate
=======
1) open Web Client
2) create job Group "G1"
3) configure specific Agent for Job Group "G1"
4) configure specific RTU for Job Group "G1"
5) create FTP Job "J1" as child of Job Group "G1"
6) initially do not inherit Run options from parent Group "G1"
7) configure Job "J1" to run with specific Agent, Local User, FTP Host, and FTP User
8) click OK to exit Job Definition
9) re-enter Job Definition for Job "J1" and note all information on Run tab has been retained
10) check Inherit checkbox and click OK to Exit Job Definition
11) re-enter Job Definition for Job "J1" and note local User grayed out (expected) and FTP User missing (not expected)
12) note reconfiguring FTP User and saving still results in rejection of FTP User value as long as Inherit enabled
