Description (partial)

Symptom:
The agent's browser gets stuck at a "Loading..." screen when attempting to sign out.

Conditions:
The agent attempts to sign out while the browser cannot contact the Finesse server due to network failure.

Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Sign in an agent by using FireFox30
2. Select "Work Offline" from "File" menu on agent desktop
3. Select "Sign out" to sign out the agent.

After step 3, you will get an dialog box with message "Loading..." and it stuck here. It is seen on FireFox but not on Internet Explorer.
