Description (partial)

Symptom:
poor to no neighbor relationships established in 5 GHz causing bad DCA channel assignments and power levels set to 1 .

Conditions:
this was discovered in a network in which 2600's where swapped out for 3700's - placing a 2600 and a 3700 on the same channel in 8.0 or 7.6 code - you can capture the neighbor messages and the beacons and see that the NDP packets sourced from the 3702 have significantly lower power.

Happy Friday everyone,   Wanted to get some expert help from the wireless community. I'm looking for a method to generate a report or audit of our enterprise controllers for when APs fail to either schedule or send their NDP neighbor frames over the air. We are seeing that, randomly, APs in the enterprise don't hear their neighbor and after debugging we found that in fact it's the neighbor AP that doesn't send out it's NDP neighbor frame.
