Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a call is presented to a phone, and there is no Caller ID Name included in the call setup information from the PSTN, CUCM will display only the ANI (Caller ID Number) on the phone's display.  We would like to see CUCM match the incoming ANI with the entries in this phone's Personal Address Book, and then display the name and any other information from that entry.

Conditions:

So I am well aware there is a bug out there, <key>CSCuq86533</key> (https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/<key>CSCuq86533</key>) about this.  But has anyone heard or know if Cisco ever plans on looking into this? All (3) of my regional clusters (NA, EU &amp; AP) are on 11.5.1, and with us being up to date at this time I get asked about this constantly. I get numerous complaints from my end-users, especially in corporate offices with execs, their admins and sales people that really want this feature.  Not necessarily ...
